Each team had to come up with a team name and make a team poster. It was awesome to see the teens from different cultures and languages communicating.
There was much discussion on names and most chose to go the route of mascots.
One of the Moldovan teens was a gifted artist. Notice this detailed bear.

This group realized that if they use the first letters of their nationality (American, Moldovan, Irish, Korean) that it spells AMIK with means "friend" in Romanian. They got bonus points for being creative.
We then played some group games....here is the classic wheelbarrow...which was new for the Moldovan teens.
Then Tommy taught them to line dance to "Cotton-Eyed Joe." Since this is a Baptist church, they do not dance...so it was a new experience for most of them!
The second youth night went well. The teens were already more comfortable with each other and they have mastered communicating though a translator or using hand motions.
This time the Moldovan teens had a few tricks up their sleeves and they played some games with us!
Here they put Ken on a board and made it seem to him that he was being lifted very high. Then they asked him to jump off the board.
Then we had a time of sharing. The BFA students shared their testimony of what Christ has done in their lives. It was amazing to see the Holy Spirit moving in the hearts of all of the teens.
The Moldovan students had a lot of questions for the BFA teens.

Then we ended with another Moldovan trick. The guy in the blue put ash on his fingers and then they told the BFA teens that they were his mirror. He would touch their face, getting ash on them. It was a fun and interesting time.
